Project : Project Management Consultancy for Integrated Housing and Slum Development Programme (IHSDP) under JnNURM
NFIT was involved in the IHSDP project for holistic slum development by providing adequate shelter and basic infrastructure facilities to the slum dwellers in the following cities and towns: Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Sumerpur, Bilara, Jaitaran, Pokhran and Phalodi.
Services provided by NFIT:
PROJECTS
- Identification of all the beneficiaries as per the sanctioned DPR by each Urban Local Body
- Verification of the list of beneficiaries, survey of each of the slums under IHSDP and finding out the beneficiaries from those slums whose names are listed in the DPR
- Filling up of the forms of the eligible beneficiaries under which the grant amount is to be sanctioned from the Government
- Filling up the forms for issuance of patta, as well as facilitation of providing the grant amount of those beneficiaries who do not have the patta (lease document)
- Getting the forms checked and verified by the concerned ULB and starting the process of issuing the installments through the ULB
- Verification of the work done by the Junior Engineers and disbursement of each installment and recommending for the next installment
- Verification of work completion and submission of progress report to RUIFDCO
- Interaction and liaising with RUIFDCO, SLNA, ULB and the beneficiaries
